Low Pressure Area in South East Bay & Intensify in to Depression in Next 2 Days

Low Churns in Bay and Intensify In to WML/D

Currently the Low Pressure Area has formed in South East Bay Near Equatorial Waters .With Favourable Westerly Burst the Current Low Pressure May intensify in to Well marked Low in another 32 hrs to move West/Northwest towards #Srilanka. It may further intensify in to Depression while nearing to Srilanka. It is expected to Landfall in-between Ampara- Batticaloa - Triconamallee around 1st February. Influence of the Above the Very Heavy Rainfall Predicted around Srilanka. Heavy Rains possible in South #Tamilnadu & Delta Coast from 30th.North TN KTCC Including Chennai may get isolated Moderate Rains on 30/31st January.

Ensembles Came to An Agreement 90B May Intensify in to Depression and May Drift in to South East Direction Due to Steering from IPR & Central India High Pressure.And Further it may push in to Equatorial waters close to Arabian Sea.WE need to watch for further developments to conclude its Journey because its an Rare System in the month of January/February.
 

Currently the Strong Western Disturbance is running up to Central India which can influence Heavy Snow/Rain in J&K, Himahcal, UP, Chandigarh Uttarakhand, UP, New Delhi Punjab Haryana & western Himalayan.Some places in Himalayan Range may get Hailstorms on 29/30th.

Srilanka is the Main Threat which will get Widespread Heavy Rains with Gusty Winds by Tomorrow onwards. Today isolated Places will get light/Moderate rains aswell.

South Tamilnadu will get Widespread Moderate/Heavy Rains with Gusty Winds from 30th to February 4th.Delta Districts & Interior Central Tamilnadu will get Widespread Moderate/Heavy Rains from 30th to 4th as well.

North Tamilnadu #KTCC #Chennai Will Get isolated Light/Moderate Rains as well.Unless System Climbing Latitude Heavy Rain Chances are ruled out.As per Climatology and due to central india high pressure the system climbing latitude is bit doubtful. What ever Nature will Decide its own way what we need to wait and watch.
